Thank you to all our parents and guardians for your continued support. Thank you to all of our dynamic students who make this Catholic school community an exemplary place of faith and learning.
Drop-Off of Technology/School Items/Farewell Shout out to Teachers
The return of technology/school items will take place through a curbside drop-off on Monday June 28, 2021. School items to be returned include technology, classroom materials, and library books. Please ensure items being returned are labelled with your child’s name. Technology returns must include the device and charger (headsets if applicable). Teachers will be available to receive these items as per the schedule below. All of St. Timothy’s virtual students can return their items to the main office between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm on this day as well. Families who wish to wave goodbye/give a farewell shout-out to their teacher are invited to do so within the teacher’s curbside schedule. Gathering is not permitted, this is a drive-thru only.
For the safety of all staff and families, please ensure any family members attending the curbside drop-off complete an Ontario COVID-19 School Screening and are wearing a mask.

All medications and medical apparatus that have been stored at school for the year must be picked up prior to dismissal on Tuesday June 29, 2021. Medication or any other medical apparatus (i.e. AeroChamber ®, EpiPen ®), can not be stored over the summer. When this medical or medical apparatus has been picked up you will be given a pre-populated Student Plan of Care for the 2021-2022 school year. Please review and verify the information found on these forms and revise ANY pertinent information directly on the form. These forms MUST be completed and returned to the school during the week of August 30th, 2021. Accompanying these completed forms, please provide updated medication for the 2021-2022 school year in a Ziploc® bag that is clearly labeled with your child’s name.
Please understand that at the beginning of the school year, parents assume complete responsibility for the administration of the medications their child(ren) require until such time as all requirements of the Student’s Plan of Care are satisfied in full. Thank you in advance for your cooperation regarding the safe provision of medication and the information pertaining to your child. Their safety, and the safety of all other students, is our first priority.
