Hi Parents and Families:
Bell Let’s Talk day is January 28, 2021. Below you will find a link to a resource in the form of a google slide. You have to make sure you press ‘Present’ to get full use of the resources. You will find various resources listed below and how to access them from the slide.
The day is designed to highlight the importance of mental health and it is also a way for all of us to donate to a very important cause. Please feel free to share the resources with your family and children and discuss the importance of talking and learning about Mental Health.
Now more than ever we need to reach out and ask for help if we need it or we see someone struggling. Please know you are not alone, there are many resources available to assist you and your families.
Should you, or a child you know, experience a mental health emergency, please contact “911” or the ROCK Crisis Line at (905)878-9785 or the Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868 or text 686868.
