We want to reach out and let all our families know that we are most thankful for all of You! We sincerely hope you are able to connect (safely) with friends and family to share fond memories. May the good things in life be yours in abundance, not only at Thanksgiving but throughout the coming year. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones!
We celebrated our second liturgy this past Friday. Our grade one English track students did a fantastic job leading our virtual liturgy. We want to thank Mrs. Woodfine and Mrs. Williams for putting everything together. Please follow the link below to our PRIVATE YouTube site. Please note, the video provided is a Thanksgiving message and not the liturgy in its entirety.
We would like to continue with outdoor play for as long as possible, so we are reminding parents and students to dress for the cooler weather. As the weather is up and down at this time of year, please consider layers for the fluctuating temperatures.
If Your Child/ren are Feeling Sick
Please ensure that if your child is exhibiting any symptoms related to cold and flu to please keep your children home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours. For example, if your child has a sore throat and or runny nose, please call in their absence and keep them home until they are feeling well.
Please continue to use the self-assessment tool (below) each morning with your children to ensure that we continue to keep St. Scholastica open. Our success so far is a testament to your commitment to following social distancing guidelines and the Public Health recommendations for gatherings. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
