Gradual Return to School for Elementary Students

To help ease the transition for our students, and ensure a safe and healthy return for all, the first day of school will be delayed, and we will be implementing a gradual (staggered) return to class for our elementary students, beginning Wednesday, September 9th. All students in Grades 1-8 will begin instruction on Monday, September 14th.

Ministry of Education Releases Guide for Safe Reopening of Schools in September

On Thursday, July 30, 2020, the Minister of Education announced that all elementary students (Kindergarten to Grade 8) will return to school in September, 2020.  This means in-class instruction with enhanced health and safety protocols.  Multiple strategies will be employed to ensure our schools are healthy and safe for students and staff, including: Self screening  Adapted school

Elementary Report Card Access – Email Service Currently DOWN

Elementary report cards are being sent now through email. SchoolMessenger is DOWN across Canada – parents who try to access the report card will receive an error message. SchoolMessenger is working to fix this issue. If you are not able to open your child’s report card, please try again later. Thank you for your patience

Distribution Of Report Cards

This year, in light of the school closures due to COVID-19, student report cards will be delivered electronically. The report cards will be delivered directly to parents and guardians by email on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.  Parents and guardians will need their child’s Ontario Education Number (OEN) in order to access the report card. Your child’s OEN number can
