Your child will be starting lesson nine, Mindful Movement II, on Tuesday February 18th to Thursday Feb. 28th.
In this lesson they will be deepening their brain-body connection and also learn how to control their physical and emotional responses.
Students that can recognize and control their own emotional state become confident and successful both socially and academically.
Have your child show you the mindful movement activities that they are doing.
Take some time to do some mindful movement activities or do a family balancing challenge!
