- Email results to classroom teacher;
- Show “pass” confirmation on a personal device;
- Show printed copy of the screening tool indicating the current date and a “pass”; OR

Parents are NOT PERMITTED beyond the yellow gates or in the Kindergarten yard. No Parents are permitted on our schoolyard at any time (not before, during or after school) as we do not want people to congregate and we will be frequently holding classes outdoors.
When using the South Parking lot, caregivers are to park in the appropriate spaces, and come to the gate to pick up children, once the parking spaces are filled, caregivers must find alternative parking and walk up to the school to retrieve children.
Kindergarten Staggered Entry
A reminder to families with students in Kindergarten that we have a staggered entry. Tuesday, September 7th and Wednesday, September 8th are dedicated for parent interviews with the educator teams for students new to kindergarten. There is no instruction on those days. Thursday, September 9th half the Year 1 students and all the Year 2 students attend school; Friday, September 10th the other half of the Year 1 students and all the Year 2 students attend school. Monday, September 13th full entry for all kindergarten students.
All children from K – Grade 8 are to be wearing a mask at school. During outdoor recess breaks, children will not be required to wear their masks. Students already identified through our medical peril process who have asthma may be exempt from wearing their masks. Other considerations for mask exemption must be communicated to the school administration team. Further medical documentation may be required to support a mask exemption. Suggestions for how students can store their masks when going outside for recess or eating their snack or lunch include a zip lockbag, tear away lanyards, or a fanny pack.
Recess and Lunch Hours
Recesses will continue to look the same as they did last year with four in the morning and four in the afternoon. Lunch hours will also remain the same with Grades 5-8 at 11:05-12:05 and Grades K-4 12:05-1:05.
