Pride Month Awareness

Earlier this week HCDSB sent out communication outlining plans for recognizing Pride Month. As mentioned in the email, the month of June is designated as Pride Month in Canada, which for the 2SLGBTQ+ members in our community is a sign and symbol of love and inclusion. St. Mark Catholic School like all schools of HCDSB are called to know, love and celebrate one another. All our students, families and staff are welcomed, loved, and embraced with human dignity, daily.  We look to and follow Jesus Christ, our teacher and mentor, who preaches a message of love and inclusion through His ministry. We are committed to nurturing safewelcoming, accepting and inclusive learning environments for all of our students.
