May 4-10, 2020 is the designated Mental Health Week in Canada, and the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) is joining organizations across the country to raise awareness about mental health.
While supporting mental health is always a priority for us, this year Mental Health Week takes on a special significance in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. In keeping with the importance of caring for ourselves as we care for our students and families, our HCDSB Mental Health team has designated Self-Care as the theme of this year’s Mental Health Week.
