Surrender to what is. Let go of what was. Have FAITH in what will be. ~ S. Ricotti
St. Joseph’s Tips
Lent is a 40-day journey to focus on God and prepare to remember and celebrate Jesus dying on the cross and rising from the grave to save each of us. Many people decide to “give up” things for Lent to help them remember that Jesus gave his life for us, but you can also “take on” doing good things, just like Jesus did. Read the Parable of the Good Samaritan Luke 10:25-37 and explore questions such as “Who are our neighbours?’, “How can we serve our neighbours?” and “How is this walking in the ways of Jesus?”.
A friendly reminder that Sunday, March 8th is Daylight Savings. Make sure to “spring” your clocks ahead one hour. Looking forward to the warmer weather arriving.
