January 18, 2022: All Schools Closed to Students and Staff

All school bus transportation is CANCELLED to and from school today and all schools are CLOSED to students and staff. Students will be able to access asynchronous learning materials/tasks in their classroom learning platforms by 10:00 a.m. Educators will be available to support students during regular school hours.

Jan 17, 2022: All Schools CLOSED & Classes CANCELLED

Monday, January 17, 2022 All HCDSB schools and workplaces are CLOSED today due to inclement weather. All school bus transportation is CANCELLED. All in-person and virtual (online) classes are CANCELLED.

Save the Date! Student Census Parent Information Session on January 13th

HCDSB elementary families are invited to a virtual Parent Information Session on Thursday, January 13th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., which will discuss the Student Census Survey, available from February 28 through April 4, 2022! All Schools Moving to Remote Learning on January 5, 2022

Dear Parents and Guardians, Earlier today the Premier of Ontario announced that at 12:01 a.m. on January 5, 2022, our province will temporarily move to a modified Step Two of the Roadmap to Reopen Ontario to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 Omicron variant of concern. Read the News Release here.  The Premier also announced that all schools will move to teacher-led remote learning on January 5, 2022
