All Saints’ Day is a solemn holy day of the Catholic Church celebrated annually on November 1. The day is dedicated to the saints of the Church, that is, all those who have attained heaven. Almighty ever-living God, by whose gift we venerate in one celebration the merits of all the Saints, bestow on us, we pray, through the prayers of so many intercessors, an abundance of the reconciliation with you for which we earnestly long. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

Mask Reminders
Just a gentle reminder to all parents and guardians that masks are required when entering school property (fence line, parking lot, building). When waiting near the gates at the beginning of the day or at dismissal, please ensure that masks are worn until you enter your car off school property. These safety measures are in place in accordance with Halton Public Health and SJOA/HCDSB COVID-19 return to school policy and procedure. Remember we are all in this together!
Safe Arrival Program
It is essential that all absences are reported to the office in a timely manner. Please use the absence reporting email link, which can be found at the bottom of our homepage, to report your child’s absence. In some cases, numerous unsuccessful attempts are made when calling cell, work, home and emergency contact phone numbers. As per board procedures, Halton Regional Police must be called after many attempts have been made, to ensure student safety. Please continue to follow our established procedures around student safe arrival.
Self-Assessment Screening Tool
The Ontario government has released changes to the COVID-19 School Screening Tool used to monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 in children. Please use the October 1st Update – COVID-19 Screening Tool for Children tool before leaving for school each day.
Have a Great Week!
