School Cash Online Refunds

A note to parents and guardians who have requested a refund for the costs of field trips, food programs, or other school-related items purchased through School Cash Online. Due to the high volume of refunds currently being requested, School Cash Online is experiencing processing delays. This means that it may take longer than usual for funds to be deposited back into your accounts. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Halton Catholic Athletic Association (H.C.A.A.) Spring Athletics – CANCELLED

In light of the current COVID-19 health situation, our school board has made the decision to CANCEL all H.C.A.A. Spring Athletics that were planned through the remainder of this school year. Although at this time, schools are scheduled to re-open for students on Monday, May 4th, given the current uncertainty and the rapidly changing developments of this health situation, the decision was made to cancel all H.C.A.A. sports games, tournaments, and practices for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

For more information, please visit the H.C.A.A. website: https://hcaa.ca/

Kindergarten Registration

Although schools are closed, we are still accepting Kindergarten registrations online!
When Can My Child Begin Kindergarten?

To register your child to begin Junior Kindergarten (Year 1) in September, 2020, your child must be four years old by December 31, 2020. Children enrolled in Senior Kindergarten (Year 2) must be five years old by December 31, 2020.

How Do I Register?

Part 1 – Online Registration

Online registration is available as the first step of the registration process.

If you have never used the online registration portal, you will need to create an account first:

  1. Click on the Online Registration link.
  2. Hit ‘Sign in‘ on the top right-hand corner.
  3. Press the green button to ‘Create an account’.

Once you have done this, you will be able to login with your personal username/email and password. Register Online Now!

Part 2 – In-Person Registration

The second part of the registration process involves going to the school to show required documents (listed below).

NOTE: At this time, our school is closed until Monday, May 4, 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 health situation. You will be contacted to complete Part 2 of your child’s Kindergarten registration after our school re-opens.

What Will I Need to Register My Child?

After you are contacted by our school, parents must bring the following documents with them to their appointment (required documents):

1. Birth Certificate (required for Year 1 and Year 2)

2. Proof of age (required for Year 1 and Year 2)

  • Year 1 children are required to be 4 years of age on or before December 31, 2020.
  • Year 2 children are required to be 5 years of age on or before December 31, 2020.

3. Roman or Eastern Rite Catholic baptismal certificate. If your child has no Roman/Eastern Rite Catholic baptismal certificate, your child may be admitted if one parent can provide a Roman/Eastern Rite Catholic baptismal certificate. Please refer to the Board’s Operating Policy I-22 for more information.

4. Proof of address

Please note: Children currently registered in the Year 1 Kindergarten program are not required to register for the Year 2 program. Placement in the Year 2 program will be processed by our school, unless otherwise stated.
