Monday, February 17 is Family Day. No classes will be held this day and the school will be closed to students and staff.
Term 2 Pizza orders are due on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020
Due to OECTA Job Action on Friday, February 21st, Lunch Lady will be delivered on Thursday, February 20th.
OECTA Job Action:
Our school will be CLOSED to students on Friday, February 21st, 2020 as a result of the recent announcement by OECTA of a province-wide, one-day full withdrawal of services.
Please note that there may be picket lines present at our school location, which may impact traffic flow and cause potential minor delays in our school parking lot.

Pancake Tuesday – February 25th
As part of Shrove Tuesday, our Catholic School Council Volunteers will be providing pancakes and syrup for all our students.
Ash Wednesday Mass
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Holy Season of Lent in the liturgical calendar of the Catholic Church. As a school community, we will come together to receive ashes during our Ash Wednesday Liturgy on February 26th at 11:00 am. The liturgy will be held at St. Joan of Arc and we welcome all parents and guests to attend.
Little Jammers will begin on Wednesdays from February 26th to April 22, 2020 (No class March 18) at lunchtime for all those who have registered.
Celebrating Our Catholic School Graduates!
We are excited to announce the launch of our new HCDSB Alumni Award.
The HCDSB Alumni Award has been designed to celebrate the graduates of our system who embody the attributes of the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations (OCSGEs).
Beginning this school year, and each year moving forward, we will recognize seven (7) HCDSB Alumni Award recipients during Catholic Education Week.
Nominations are currently being accepted for the 2020 HCDSB Alumni Awards – deadline for submissions is Monday, March 30, 2020.
