COVID-19 Safety Measures

All schools have been directed by the Ministry of Education to collect confirmation of the completion of the daily COVID School Screen. This expectation is in place until further notice. Log sheets were sent home with all students who were in attendance during the last week of school in December dated for January 3 – 14, 2022. Kindly edit the dates on these log sheets. Alternatively, parents/guardians can email results daily to the teacher or students that have their own device can share these results with their classroom teacher before entering the school.

A copy of the daily screening log can be downloaded below.

Please note that this is mandatory, and while we certainly appreciate that morning can be busy at home, we are kindly asking for your assistance in completing this safety measure for students and staff members. The Government of Ontario daily self-screening tool must always be completed each day by families prior to your child’s arrival at school. The screening tool can be accessed here: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/
