Next week, our grade 8 students will celebrate their graduation on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. On behalf of our entire school community, we wish our grade 8 students an enjoyable week. God Bless our graduates!
Report Cards for grades 1-8 students and the Kindergarten Communication of Learning will be distributed on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Please return the response forms by Friday June 28, 2019. Report cards cannot be distributed prior to this day. For students who are away on vacation, report cards will be held in the office for pickup when we reopen the school office on Monday, August 26, 2019. Alternatively, report cards may be mailed out provided that a request is received in the office by June 26, 2019. Please indicate your child’s name and local mailing address. Report cards cannot be emailed.
All medications and medical apparatus that have been stored at school for the year will be sent home on Friday, June 28, 2019. Consent forms for the 2019-2020 school year have also been sent home, however, those forms are not to be returned to school until the week of August 26, 2019. As a follow up to the email sent by the school board earlier this week, please note that beginning in September 2019 all buses transporting students from the Halton Catholic District School Board will be equipped with video recording cameras. Tuesday, June 25, 2019 is Play Day! Please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately to engage in outdoor activities, including a hat, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes.
Our Kindergarten students will lead our end of year liturgy on Thursday, June 27, 2019 beginning at 1:30pm. All are welcome to attend.
Please note that the last day of school is on Friday, June 28, 2019 and that this is an early dismissal day. Students will be dismissed 90 minutes early at 2:10pm. Bus route arrival times will be adjusted on this day. Please ensure that your family has after school care arrangements made for your child(ren).
Please encourage your children to take a look throughthe Lost and Found Bin. Unclaimed items will be donated at the end of June.

EACH GRADUATE WILL BE ASSIGNED 5 TICKETS
6:15pm – Graduates arrive at CtK
7:00pm – Graduation ceremony begins
8:15pm – Dance begins
10:00pm – Dance ends, student pick up
Students will be dismissed at 2:10pm. Bus route arrival times will be adjusted on this day. Please ensure that your family has after school care arrangements made for your child(ren).
