About Our School Council

The Catholic School Parent Advisory Council is the official advisory body to the school’s principal. Their respective duties include:

  • Developing, recommending and promoting activities which will enhance the quality of school programs
  • Improve the levels of student achievement
  • Enhance the accountability of the education system to parents

Elections are held each September. The Council is comprised of elected and appointed representatives of the school community. Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the school library on various dates throughout the year.  Dates will be posted in the Weekly Updates posted on our school website. All parents are welcome to attend!

Catholic School Council Communication

In hopes of giving the school parent community further means of communication, we are happy to share with you an email account in which you can use to contact your Catholic School Council directly.

It can be used for general questions regarding school events and any feedback or suggestions for the council as well. All communication will be kept confidential by the council. A gentle reminder that any serious issues and concerns should still be directed to the school office for assistance.
