DAILY ON-SITE CONFIRMATION OF SCHOOL SCREENING
The Ministry can direct school boards and schools to perform daily on-site confirmation of self-screening for all students, staff and visitors. At this time, the Ministry is requiring school boards and schools to implement the daily on-site screening for all elementary and secondary students until further notice.
Students are asked to show a Confirmation of Daily Screening Log to the classroom teacher. On Monday, January 17th, 2022, each student will receive a paper copy of Proof of Screening Log. Students are required to bring the form back and forth to school to show proof of screening. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping all students and staff safe at school.

ARRIVING AT SCHOOL AFTER PASSING A SCREENING THEN NOT FEELING WELL
When a student arrives at school feeling well and then feel unwell, they should report symptoms to the educator or supervisor. The office will be contacted and communicate with parents. We are responsible for students while on school property, when a child communicates with parents and the educator or office is unaware, this may create an unsafe situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We were very fortunate to have loaned out over 160 devices. We ask all families who borrowed a school device to return the device and charger to school on Monday with their child.
