St Brigid Weekly Update – Week of October 19, 2020
Thank you to our staff and students for another great week at St. Brigid School!
Your continued support is appreciated in keeping our air clean by remembering that St. Brigid an ‘idle-free’ zone by turning off your vehicle while waiting for your child. Please remember to remain in your vehicle while using our Kiss n’ Ride area to keep the flow of traffic moving in a safe manner.
Thank you for ensuring the safety of all students, parents and visitors to St. Brigid School by keeping dogs off school property.
Please continue to keep screening your children for COVID-19 each day using the updated guidelines in the link below:
As always, the health and safety of our students, staff and families is our highest priority, and we will continue to take direction from the Ministry of Education and Halton Region Public Health to ensure all protocols are in place and followed in each of our schools.
As communicated this past week, we will continue with our annual St. Brigid fundraiser. We are continuing to collect prize donations. Although we are not able to do our traditional Dance-a-thon our staff has plenty of fun planned for our students in class.
Both our “at home” and “in-school” St. Brigid students will be able to participate in this fundraiser and be eligible for prizes. Please use the link in School Cash Online to donate any fundraising efforts you are able to.
Students are invited to wear a costume or black and/or orange on October 30th to celebrate Halloween.
