West Parking Lot Changes (Kindergarten Parking Lot)

Just like in the Spring, we are going to re-introduce an extension to our playground in the kindergarten parking lot, on the west side of the school. This will allow greater opportunities for classes to be outside for instructional purposes, such as physical education and daily physical activity (DPA). We need your help to facilitate this valuable initiative.

Effective Tuesday, September 21, a portion of the parking lot (closest to the portables) will be sectioned off for students to use for gym classes & DPA. There will be pylons set up to define this zone- for safety for staff and students. This will NOT impact the before school drop-off and the after school pickup routines that are already well established. The pylons will be set up every day until 9:30am and remain in place until 3:15pm. For safety, cars are kindly asked not to enter the parking lot until after 3:15.

Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation,

Mr. Guerin & Mrs. Le Conte

Student Screening Before School Each Day

As of Monday, September 20th, families do not need to send in verification that the COVID 19 screening was completed for a student.  PLEASE NOTE: It is important that parents/students continue to do the screening each day, but it is no longer necessary to provide proof to the school.

Parents and guardians must continue to perform daily screening of their child(ren) for COVID-19 symptoms BEFORE arriving at school using the https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/
