Distance Learning for Students

We are so grateful for the support and love that we are witnessing during this very challenging time. As a staff, we meet daily to pray for our St. Benedict families, and other special intentions, relying on our Faith to support us through. As we continue to move forward in this Easter Season, our prayers and hopes are that we continue to give encouragement to those who are discouraged, joy and peace to those who are afraid and continue to share our love for Jesus with one another.

As we continue with distance learning, we want our families to know that a positive mental health and well being are a priority to all of us. Many parents are balancing working from home, while also caring for loved ones, and now helping your children transition to distance instruction. This is also true of many of our staff who are caring for their children and loved ones while learning new ways to support student learning. As with anything new, we know it will take some time before we fully adjust to this new way of teaching and learning, but as we all become more comfortable, it will get easier.

Please remember that we are all in this together. Please reach out to your child’s teacher, or either Mrs. Babic, Mrs. Le Conte or myself (Mr. Guerin), through the emails listed on our website. Together with God’s strength and love, we will continue to meet the many needs of our community.

Field Trips & Tournaments

In light of the current COVID-19 health situation, our school board has advised all schools to CANCEL all field trips and sports tournaments for the remainder of this year. Our secretaries, will issue refunds to those parents that have already paid for any field trips on School Cash Online.
