“Throw all your anxiety onto him, because he cares about you.”

1 Peter 5:7

Kiss and Ride

Please ensure when dropping students off using the Kiss n Ride lanes that students exit the car on the passenger side to ensure their safety. Parents should not be exiting the cars in the drop-off lanes. If you need to escort your child to the gate, please park in a designated parking spot. Please remind students to cross roadways at designated cross walks and to look all ways.

Parent-Teacher Interviews

We will be holding Parent-Teacher Interviews at the school on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. This year’s parent-teacher interviews will be held virtually on TEAMs and parents will be able to schedule Parent-Teacher Interviews online through a link shared by the classroom teacher.

You will be able to make appointments beginning Friday, November 12th until Friday, November 19th. Teachers will be sharing a Google Form Link for all parents to access and select a suitable time.  Virtual interviews will be 10 minutes in length.  Teachers will send parents a TEAMS link a few days prior to your scheduled interview time.

If you wish to schedule a meeting with any of your child’s other teachers, such as the PTM, FSL, ARTS, Resource Teacher or Rotary Teacher, contact them directly via email so that they can reach out to you in order to set up a time on one of the two days mentioned above.  Those teachers, along with their emails, as listed below.

World Diabetes Day

During the month of November, we recognize the importance of Diabetes Education.

More than 460 million people are living with diabetes worldwide. According to the International Diabetes Federation, this awareness day reaches over one billion people in more than 160 countries. Supporters chose the date in honor of Sir Frederick Banting, who, with Charles Best, discovered insulin in 1922.

Sunday, November 14th is the official World Diabetes Day, however at St. Anthony we are recognizing this day on Monday, November 15th and this day will be a Civvies Day for all students.

We invite all children to wear LIGHT BLUE on this day instead of their uniform and show their support for all those who live with Diabetes.

Grade 7 Confirmation

We pray for all of our Confirmandi who will be receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation this Thursday and Friday evening. As they celebrate this milestone, we ask that the Holy Spirit be with them to renew and strengthen them in their commitment to follow Christ. May they be blessed with the knowledge that they are never alone in life and that God will always be there to watch over them and guide them.

Picture Days

We are hosting two picture days this year. The first is on Friday, November 19th and the second is on Monday, November 22nd. Click HERE to see what day and tentative times your child will be getting their picture taken.
