Dear Parents & Guardians:
On Wednesday, the grade 3 classes will be hosting our Black History Month Assemblies.
The assembly for Grades 6-8 will take place at 1:15 PM; Grades K-5 will attend at 2:00 PM
On Thursday, we will be holding our annual St. Anthony of Padua Dance-a-thon Fundraiser.
- For every $5.00 collected, students will receive one raffle ticket for a prize.
- The class that raises the most money will win a pizza party for their class.
Pledges can be made on School Cash Online beginning next week, where tax receipts can be generated for amounts of $25 or more. If you choose to make a donation through the school website, please ensure your son/daughter’s name and teacher’s name is included in the “Message to School Board” section. Cash and cheques are also accepted and can be returned to the school. Please ensure your child returns the pledge sheet to their teacher.
Some prizes families can win are tickets for Feb 22nd Leaf Game, $500 certificate for GWL, American Girl Doll, $150 Lego Kit, a variety of gift cards and toys.
Students and teachers will have an opportunity to dance to music and parents are welcome to join in the fun at your child’s class’s scheduled time.
