Safe Arrival and Expectations

Students who arrive late, either morning (after 9:05 a.m.) or afternoon (after 1:05 p.m.), must report to the office before going to their classroom as they will require an admission slip which is to be given to the teacher. Letters to families will be issued for students with chronic lates and absences in order to offer notice and support.

Arrival of Grade 1 to Grade 8 Students:

Supervision of the school playground begins at 8:55 a.m. Please refrain from dropping off your child before this time as their is no supervision. Buses will enter the front drop off area of the school where the children will disembark and walk along the sidewalk to the playground area at the back. Kindergarten children will be directed to the FDK Playground. Students who walk or are dropped off will also walk along the sidewalk to the playground area. If it is raining, the students will enter the school and go directly to their classrooms where supervision will be provided.
