Weekly Update November 8th-12th, 2021

Lest We Forget

Ever-living God, we remember those whom You have gathered through the storm of war, into the peace of Your presence; may the same peace calm our fears, bring justice to all peoples and establish harmony among the nations, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

November is a busy month here at SHOJ. We would like to thank Mme Inch and Mrs. Frazer’s Grade 8 class for preparing our Remembrance Day liturgy taking place virtually this Thursday, November the 11th. As a school community we will take time to remember those individuals who have given up so much for us as they worked to bring peace to the world. Today, we are called to be peacemakers in our school, in our families and in our community.
