Grade 7 School-based Vaccine Clinics – Cancelled for 2019-2020 School Year

  • The Halton Region Public Health department has made the decision to CANCEL the third round of Grade 7 school-based vaccine clinics for the 2019-2020 school year, due to the school closures related to COVID-19.
  • This round would have included the second and final doses for both the Hepatitis B and HPV 9 vaccines, offered to Grade 7 students who received the first doses of these vaccines in the fall of 2019. Halton Region Public Health will reschedule these clinics for the 2020-2021 school year and will let families know once the clinic rescheduled dates are finalized.
  • Parents and guardians can contact their healthcare providers directly if they wish to have their child receive this vaccine through their family doctor. Please report any vaccines your child receives outside of school by visiting: or by calling 311.

  • We will not be rescheduling our New to Kindergarten Orientation evening originally planned for April 16 at this time. However, we will be sending our Kindergarten parents the updated presentation from the session this week, and we will be sure to post it on the school webpage as well once it has been shared.
