Gone are the endless school projects, nightly homework and after school activities, yet summer bring new responsibilities like swim lessons, baseball, camps and the stress of managing your family’s “free time”. Some tips to manage this transition is to keep schedules, easy any anxiety by having proper expectations and pace yourselves – it’s okay to say no to some activities.
