Promoting Well-Being: Getting Children & Teens Outside While Physical Distancing for COVID-19

Take advantage of the healing power of play  in nature—in your own backyard or on a walk. Be sure to follow local public health guidelines about wearing masks and keep at least 6 feet from others not in your family. Wash hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer during and after your adventure. Getting outdoors, being in nature, and moving our bodies is good for everyone!
