A reminder that tomorrow, Monday, February 17th is Family Day. There is no school for students. We wish you all a wonderful day spending time with your family!
Term 1 Reports
Our Term 1 Report Cards will be coming home this Wednesday, February 19th. Please make sure to sign and return the parents/student comment response. This is a timely opportunity to help your child set reasonable, attainable goals for Term 2 achievement.
Labour Negotiations Update
Our school will be CLOSED to students on Friday, February 21, 2020 as a result of the recent announcement by OECTA of a province-wide, one-day full withdrawal of services. Please note that there may be picket lines present at our school location, which may impact traffic flow and cause potential minor delays in our school parking lot. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Grade 8 Fundraiser: Kernels Popcorn
A gentle reminder the Kernel popcorn orders must be placed by this Tuesday, February 18th using the School Cash on-line link. The link closes at midnight!
Kernels popcorn is:
- A whole grain product, made with GMO free corn, no Trans fats, gluten free, and a ‘no-nut’ product.
- The fresh popped popcorn is hand packed and heat sealed in individual snack size bags. Ready to eat!
- Great shelf life: Kernels guarantees a minimum of 11 weeks shelf-life for the sealed product.
We had planned for the first distribution of this fun snack to take place on Friday, February 21st. As the school will be closed on Friday, we will distribute on Monday, February 24th. Your support of our graduating class is most appreciated!
