Thank you to our families and staff who were able to participate in the HCCEF 24 hr Fast and for those who were able to make donations to support those in need! Thank you for your continued patience as we work together with Board Personal & Public Health to devise a plan to retrieve student belongings. We are presently planning for curbside parent pick up on June 18th for Gr. 7 & Gr.8 and June 23rd, 24th & 25th for KDG to Gr. 6. Please look for a forthcoming email in which you will be able to sign up for a time that is convenient for your family.

Thank you to all of our families who continue to support the Burlington “Front Porch Clap” in support of our essential workers! Please remember to show your support each Friday evening at 7pm ~ TOGETHER Let’s make some NOISE & show our appreciation!!!

Gentle Reminders:

We will be celebrating our Gr. 8 Graduation on Monday, June 22nd. There will be a Curbside Pick Up for Diplomas, Awards, Lawn Signs & a Special Gr. 8 Yearbook between the hours of 10:00am to 3:30pm. Please note graduates will receive a specific scheduled time from their child’s teacher.The Graduation Ceremony Movie will be sent directly to our Gr. 8 Families and then posted on our School Website for our community to enjoy!

Parents we need your help!!! We are presently making arrangements for “Parent Curbside Pick Up” of student belongings and we would kindly request that you take some time to gather any borrowed items from our school. This would include Laptops, IPADS, team uniforms, textbooks, instruments as well as items from our School Library/Learning Commons. If you would like to check if your child has signed out any materials from our library, Mrs. Spence-Smith would be more than happy to assist you.  You will be able to find her email address in our staff directory or our school library webpage: HCDSB.ca > Students > Library Resources > Search HCDSB Libraries > Canadian Martyrs Elementary School > Contact your Library Technician.  Thank you for your support with this!
